MASSAGE ACCESSORIES

One-Year Warranty: All massage accessories come with a one-year warranty. If within the first year of purchase you encounter any issues or defects with the accessories, we will repair or replace them accordingly. This warranty ensures that your accessories are of the highest quality and will function as intended.

INSTALLATION: We offer free installation for all massage chairs. Our team of professionals will deliver and install your massage chair to ensure that it is set up correctly and ready for use.

Shipping Policy: We provide free delivery and installation services within the UAE. For orders outside the UAE, the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination.
We have the capability to ship products to almost any address worldwide. However, please be aware that certain restrictions may apply to specific products, and there might be items that cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Upon placing an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you select. The shipping date estimates may be viewed on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you choose.
Please keep in mind that the shipping rates for many items are determined by their weight. The weight of each item can be found on its respective detail page. To adhere to the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound.
Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. In the event that the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Once you have sent the package back to the return shipper, please expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks. In many cases, the refund process is completed more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the processing time required once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To initiate a return, simply login to your account, access the order details through the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
